Anina + Josh’s Hampton’s Style Hinterland Wedding – Spicers Clovelly Estate

Anina and Josh engaged us to be part of their wedding celebrations 12 months prior to the big day, and it was an absolute honour to be chosen create their divine floral concept. Big bloom lovers these two gorgeous humans had a sophisticated modern floral vision, with glamorous bloom features and contemporary and fun bursts of colour. A fusion of Hamptons sophistication and European elegance was our brief, a collaboration of elegant neautrals intertwined with savvy colour, and plenty of wow floral moments along the way. We so enjoyed our journey with these two!

Beautiful white blooms with Hampton’s blue styling accents and chic decor touches created the base styling concept, with a bloom burst of fushcia, toffee and pink tones with a savvy pop of yellow beconning guests for the garden party soiree.

The story started with the ceremony at the Little White Wedding Church. We created a glamorous entrance installation of blooms that flanked the church doors upon entrance featuring all white sophisticated blooms and a focus on roses and hydrangea with dark lush green foliage.  Greeting Anina and Josh at the end of the aisle was their ceremony flower wall, providing a stunning back drop to say “I Do”. Guests were given florets of hydrangea to throw as Anina and Josh excited the church – representing their favourite bloom which was also the inspiration behind their stunning floral brief…hydrangea!

Fun and tasteful pops of colour broke away from the traditions of the classic white and blue colour theme and added excitement to the overall colour palette and styling concept! The colour fusion came from Anina’s bridesmaids shoes, the stunning Dolce and Gabbana heels, inspired us to incorporate pops of bright blooms into the bridesmaids handheld bouquets. This vibrant colour scheme then translated through to the cocktails and canape’s area where the lower library deck at Spicers Clovelly Estate was transformed into a creative and fun alternative wedding bar! A Gin Bar serving up style featured, and alongside blooms of antique pinks, pale and mid pinks, peaches, apricots, corals and hints of crimsons that sat in Hampton’s style vases. The punchy coloured blooms provided the perfect contrast between the all white, crisp lounging furniture and the stylish Hampton’s decor.

Anina and Josh hosted their glamorous reception under the divine Sperry Tent, out on the lawn at Spicers Clovelly Estate. The formal dining space bringing back modern sophistication, and a glamorous neautral colour palette. The reception tables featured a collection of glass cut contemporary vases, Hampton’s style ceramic pots and classic crystal footed chalice vases, filled with white blooms and delicate touches of soft blue hydrangea. Suspended high above the reception tables was our hanging installation, featuring cascading blooms and clouds of those stunning hydrangea!

With an A Team of suppliers Anina and Josh celebrated all of their loves, florals, friends and family and deadent dining details!
